Kiddo

Kiddo is an Available Husky Mix

This entry has expired and the information may no longer be current

This is Kiddo

She is a spayed Female, 8 years old, Housetrained, Crate Trained, good with Children, good with Large Dogs, has Rabies vaccinations, has DHLPP vaccinations.

I found Kiddo at 2 weeks old in an alley behind my art studio. Before figuring out what to do with her, the next night I had to rush her to the hospital, I left w them saying she wouldn't make it, gave me a food syringe and IV bag. I spent the next few weeks nursing her back to health and she pulled through. At that point I became attached and thought I'd try and keep her.

Kiddo has grown into a dog that needs so much more time, energy, and attention than I can fairly provide her. As an artist, my schedule, finances, and small apartment aren't able to keep up with her needs and I'm often unable to accomplish what I need to. Unfortunately I've had to make the decision to find her a better living situation.

I feel she needs someone with previous dog experience, a place to run, maybe other dogs, time and money for additional training, etc.

Kiddo is a sweet dog and has very high energy. She's very intelligent (too smart). With an owner that can offer her more than I have, I think she could be the best dog.
Please contact with any questions or for add'l info.

In regards to other dogs and children, she does well with all the dogs when boarded at the dog ranch, children have pet her but her "play" can turn into "play aggression" fairly quick so boundaries and training may be necessary.
