This is Lucca
He is a neutered Male, 11 years old, Housetrained, Lead Trained, has Obedience training, good with Children, good with Small Children, good with Large Dogs, good with Small Dogs, has Rabies vaccinations, has DHLPP vaccinations, on Heartworm preventative, microchipped.Lucca is a sweet, friendly, social 4 year old boy. He is a big boy, around 80 lbs. He came to us as a stray, but we think his heritage is a husky/malamute mix. He loves all people. He is good with kids. He is good with most other dogs, including small ones; however he is VERY cat/small animal aggressive. He has a strong prey drive, and cannot be trusted in a home with cats, birds, or other small creatures. He has been through basic obedience and is good on leash. He can go off leash in some situations, but not all. He is very motivated to please his humans, and there is a lot of untapped potential there. With more training, he could be more trustworthy off leash. Like all nordic dogs, he needs lots of activity daily. With good exercise, he is very calm and mellow around the house. He rarely barks, and is not a guard dog. He needs a home where he will get lots of love and attention. He will not be happy alone all day or stuck in the back yard.
